Online instruction takes place through Online Lindamood-Bell videoconferencing meetings hosted by Lindamood-Bell. A facilitator must be identified for the student. The facilitator must be available to assist with logging-in to the Online Lindamood-Bell meeting, troubleshoot technical problems, and receive emails from us containing assignments and the Online Lindamood-Bell log-in information for the online session.
To ensure connectivity, the student or student's facilitator must log-in to the scheduled Online Lindamood-Bell meeting room 15 minutes prior to the start of the day's sessions. If any technical issues have not been resolved by the session start time, the session will be cancelled. Once the session begins, it will not be cancelled in the event of technical difficulties.
Once a location and computer set-up is qualified for online instruction, the set-up must remain consistent throughout instruction. Changing the qualified set-up may cause network issues and can result in a poor connection. Credits for technical problems will not be issued.
If sessions are cancelled regularly due to technical issues, instruction may need to be suspended until a suitable connection can be arranged. In the event that an alternative video conferencing platform is requested and approved, an addendum will need to be signed.
